Screens and batteries are usually done in under an hour while you wait. Some models and board-level repairs take longer, and we'll tell you the timing when we quote.
What parts do you use?
High-quality parts that we test before fitting. If you'd like a specific grade of part for your model, ask and we'll price the options.
Is the repair covered?
Yes. Every repair has a 6-month warranty. If the repaired part fails in that time, we fix it again at no cost.
Will you see my photos or messages?
No. We only test what we need to confirm the repair works. You don't need to give us your passcode for most repairs.
What if it can't be fixed?
Then you don't pay. The diagnosis is free, and we only charge for repairs we complete.
